Carlos Pazos (b. Barcelona, 1949) is the creator of rich microcosms of self-reference and eccentric conceptual readings.Pazos’ work does not evolve in accordance with formal or thematic parameters. The rationale of his oeuvre is always peculiar to the piece in question and is developed with whatever means the artist has at hand: object, drawing, installation, photography or film.
